Indoor fish farming is possible
As the water filtration and circulation getting advanced, indoor fish farms are growing in size and production.
Norway based company Nordic Aquafarms has recently launched its new indoor farm, which will be built in Belfast, Maine.
According to Nordic Aquafarms, this will be among the world’s largest aquaculture tanks. It is one of a handful of projects in the works by companies hoping these highly mechanized systems will change the face fish farming—by moving it indoors.
This might also be a solution to ocean polluting due to open sea cage fish farming.
