Argentine water is under threatening by Chinese vessels

Chinese vessels have already become exuberate in international waters to fish for cephalopod although squid fishing season of Argentine is going to start officially at 1 January.

According to automatic identification system (AIS) data from Marine Traffic, Chinese jiggers are located two points where they are nearest to fishing land of Argentine’s squids.

December 7 dated a market report said “This week there are approximately 60-70 fishing vessels at the Argentine shortfin squid fishing area," and added “Currently most fishing vessels are located at 42 degrees and 45 degrees.”

According to Argentine’s fishermen this is usual. In 2016, Argentine coast guard shot a Chinese vessel.
